Through various movements (yoga poses) we will prepare our bodies and learn to still our minds so that we have a greater awareness of God’s presence. While we think of yoga first as stretching and moving, the classic definition is “the stilling of the ‘mind chatter’”. It’s more than a “workout!” No experience is necessary. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. Classes are 75 minutes long.
