Gooth This Week – Ice Skating (RSVP by Thursday, 5pm)

• This event takes the place of the 4:30 gathering. There will NOT be a Gooth activity at 4:30. However, High School Gooth are invited to attend the Mexico Mission Presentation at 4:30 in the Sanctuary.
• Ice Skating at LJVM Annex –Feb 19, 1:30-4:00

  • Meet at CPC at 1:30 (or meet at Annex…let me know if you intend to)
  • Carpool to LJVM Coliseum Annex by 2pm
  • Parents pick up youth from Annex at 4pm
  • $5 (includes rentals) – I have a Groupon that will cover most of us…the regular price is $9.
  • Adults who plan to attend, let me know if you will skate or not. we will need some non-skating adults for help and watching stuff.
  • PLEASE RSVP by Thursday, Feb 16, 5pm.

High School Harry Potter Study – NEW INFO

• We had 8 people in attendance for the first session! Yay! It is NOT too late to join
• Meeting dates & times: Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm (Feb 16, 23, mar 8, 15, 22, 29) and Tuesday Feb 28 (instead of Mar 1 that week…I’ll be out of town)
• Study Books (The Gospel According to HP) are available for purchase for $4, or to borrow. I have 10 copies.
• All High School youth are invited to participate, whether or not you have expressed interest to me yet
• Mothers & Advisors – is there a mother or other female adult interested in participating? Let me know.

• March 3-4, 2012 (Saturday & Sunday)

Summer Trip Adults

• Please let me know if you are still interested, or need to be removed from the list
• Specific Needs:
  • 1 male adult for Massanetta Springs – Thanks to Tony Stovall for volunteering to attend
  • I don’t know exactly how many I need for the Mission Trip, but I definitely need MALES (just look at that list! Yay for the women signing up early!). We often break into small groups, which need 1 male and 1 female per group of 5 youth.
