Personnel Ministry
Responsibilities:
The Personnel Committee is charged with the following responsibilities for Clemmons Presbyterian Church:
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date job descriptions for all positions
- Setting guidelines for performance appraisals and overseeing annual salary and benefit changes based on performance
- Administer performance appraisals for CPC minister and other staff members
- Assist in filling position vacancies and developing appropriate offers
- Performs necessary background checks
- Negotiate employee grievances
- Negotiate equipment contracts

The Normal meeting time is the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in room 209.
