Personnel Ministry

Responsibilities:

The Personnel Committee is charged with the following responsibilities for Clemmons Presbyterian Church:

  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date job descriptions for all positions
  • Setting guidelines for performance appraisals and overseeing annual salary and benefit changes based on performance
  • Administer performance appraisals for CPC minister and other staff members
  • Assist in filling position vacancies and developing appropriate offers
  • Performs necessary background checks
  • Negotiate employee grievances
  • Negotiate equipment contracts
